As Yorkie Man said it took an incredible amount of power to get such small capsule through and out of earth's atmosphere :0
Unfortunately although we are pleased we came I have to say it was not the best value or organised tour, rather disorganised and the staff really needed to go to the Disney School of Customer Service ! The biggest disappointment though was to hear that the planned man flight to Mars won't be until 2035 and they are not signing up any seniors !!!! Bang goes my hope of going into space :( |
Arrived today in Singapore so decided to look up your exploits - well done on the ferry ride! As for the roller coaster - you must be mad! All well with me the two week trip starts in earnest tomorrow. Take care!

I'm sitting here typing and there has been a beautiful sunrise over the beach/sea it's getting quite warm already.....will be such a shame to go back to the wet and cold at home !! I suspect it's hot hot hot where you are but enjoy and we hope your trip is successful without too much stress.
ReplyDeleteMichael is already practicing his golf shots for when his pal returns......
Safe travels and love to Maxine

Hi Sue+ Michael,
ReplyDeleteIt must be something in ladies genes,as Ann would have liked to have gone on the roller coaster,I think you are both mad ,but very brave I would not go anywhere near it.It`s very wet here with lots of floods around, and cold so enjoy whilst you can.Hope the trip to Houston was a good one.How much longer do you have?
Cheers,
Ann + Dave
It's a pity Ann wasn't here and then we could have done it together.
ReplyDeleteWe are just about to hitch up and move our home on wheels to the storage at Houston. We are spending tonight in an airport hotel ready for the afternoon flight tomorrow
Looking forward to getting home but not the weather......perhaps we should buy a boat ??
Love to you both
Sue
